At Retailerhonestil, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product packaging is undamaged and in resalable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Free samples or promotional items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplements.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1 Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include the following information in your return request:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Your contact information

3.2 Return Authorization

After we receive your return request, we will review it and respond within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • The return shipping address

Please do not send any returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

3.3 Shipping Your Return

When shipping your return:

  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Use a trackable shipping method with insurance
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong product shipped, defective product, etc.).

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status via email. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be credited to your card within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
  • Other Payment Methods: Refund timing may vary based on the payment provider

4.3 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)

Your refund will not include:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

4.4 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Products returned outside the 30-day return window (at our discretion)
  • Products with missing components or damaged packaging

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

5.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective products, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product shipped at no additional cost
  • A full refund including original shipping charges

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective or damaged items.

6. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Ship the correct product to you at no additional cost
  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item

Please do not use or open the wrong product, as this may affect your ability to return it.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return procedures
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

8. Cancellations

8.1 Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

8.2 After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return procedures.

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Canadian law. You may have additional rights under provincial consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived or limited.

In Ontario, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 provides additional protections for certain types of purchases, including the right to cancel certain agreements within specified timeframes.
